Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period — no surprise charges.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Absolutely. You can switch between plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.

What happens to my commands if I downgrade?

Your commands are never deleted. If you downgrade to a plan that doesn't include a feature you've configured, those features will be paused until you re-upgrade.

Do you offer refunds?

All purchases are final. However, if you believe you are entitled to a refund under applicable consumer protection law, contact us within 14 days of the charge.

Is there a free plan?

Yes — the core bot is free to add to your server. Premium plans unlock advanced features on top of the free tier.
